Picasso's real name is,Pablo Diego Jose Fransico de Paula Juan Nepomuceno Maria de los Remedios Cipriano de la Santisima Trinidad Clito Ruiz y Picasso. Picasso was born on October 25,1881 in Malaga in Spain. His father was a painter and a professor of art at the school of crafts and the curator of a local museum. Picasso learned the basic art from his father. Picasso went to the academy of arts in Madrid but within a year, he dropped out. Picasso first went to Paris in 1900 and loved it there. Picasso lived with a friend whos name is Max Jacob who also was a journalist and a poet.Picasso and Max had diferent work habits. Picasso would sleep during the day and work at night while Max would work in the day and sleep at night. Picasso would struggle back in then so, to keep himself (Picasso) warm, he would burn many of his paintings. In 1901 Picasso started a magazine called 'Arte Joven ' in Madrid with a friend 'Soler'. He illustratedthe magazine. At that point Picasso began signing his art by 'Picasso' instead of 'Pablo Ruiz y Picasso'. Picasso would have a hard time being a one man women. Picasso had an active LOVE life and usually had several ladies along with a wife or primary a partner. Picasso died while he was having a dinner party at his house on April 8,1973. His last words were, ‘Drink to me, drink to my health, you know I can’t drink anymore.’
