name
I am originally from Madison, WI, where I received a BA in Psychology and BA in Communicative Disorders, and a MS in Communicative Disorders. I have dedicated my work to supporting children and adults with special needs for over a decade in various settings including hospitals, schools, clinics, and homes. Currently, I am in a teacher credentialing program through Project Pipeline to obtain a credential in Special Education and a MS in Special Education. I also do part-time consulting as a Behavior Consultant, and am in a Feldenkrais Practitioner Training Program through Feldenkrais Resources in Berkeley. I am a co-founder and co-developer of WCCHS, and co-founder and Vice President of WCCHS's support non-profit, Peacekey. I have developed specialized curriculum "Learning to Learn" and "Be The Change" for WCCHS, and I have taken the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher Training Practicum. I am deeply committed to empowering ALL members of my community to live life to their fullest potential. What I like to do for fun includes painting, jogging, playing music, photography, travel, camping, dancing, learning new languages, and meeting new people!
